Lawrence para llevar efectos, pasajeros de contra puente. Lawrence provee aguada y combustible. Acompaña una nota en inglés del total importe que debe recibir el Capitán en cumplimento de aquellos artículos y monta a $1252.78/100
21 de octubre de 1835. El Conde de Villanueva, presidente de la Real Junta de Fomento de Compañía de la Isla de Cuba. Nueva York. Embarca 3 fraguas portátiles de nueva invención en el bergantín Choctaw, con su capitán Lawrence, por cuenta de la Real Junta de Fomento, destinadas al Ingenio Wright.
Recibos por anticipaciones de la Junta a Erastus Denison, $100 como sobrestante en el Bergantín Roanoke. A George Whitney $10, Albañil, en el mismo Bergantín. A Charles F. Henry Richard dice que los 40 pesos que F. Houghton entregó a Mr. Wright, omitió pagarlos a Mr. Richard. Se debe rebajar del salario de Mr. Wright $40.
22 de noviembre de 1985. Nueva York. Francisco Houghton reporta que el ingeniero Wright presentó un recibo firmado por Henry Richard (empleado para reclutar operarios). Richard, en la carta adjunta, manifiesta que Wright omitió pagarle y pide pago bajo fianza mientras. Como es un hombre necesitado y trabajando con esmero Houghton le ha pagado $40 que se deben rebajar del salario de Wright Houghton opina que la falta de arreglo y método de Wright, en el desempeño de sus deberes ha causado esta molestia y estorbo de cuentas y ha ocupado sin necesidad el tiempo de la Junta.

La Real Junta de Fomento de Agricultura y Comercio de la Isla de Cuba, y a su nombre la comisión para la dirección económica e inspección del Camino de Hierro de la Habana a Guiñes se compromete a abonar a Nicolás Domínguez Álvarez el importe del pasaje y costos de la licencia de embarque a pasaporte de todos los operarios procedentes de islas Canarias útiles para el camino de hierro.
26 de Julio de 1836. La Habana, el Capitán Jacinto González Bermúdez por la Mendive y Compañía, la comisión de la Junta de Fomento, encargada del Camino de Hierro y Casimiro de Las Fuentes, contratista general de víveres para los trabajadores de la Obra han convenido aumentar a las raciones de Blancos y de Negros.
Acuerdo: En sesión de la Junta del 9 de diciembre, presidida por el Conde de Villanueva, se aprueba la contrata de raciones de dietas celebrada por el Consejo con Casimiro de las Fuentes. Wenceslao de Villa Urrútia

November 14, 1835. New York. Francisco Houghton, Consul of Spain clarifies that the passenger list serves as the General Passport of the workers and artisans embarked on the Brigantine Collins hired by the Development Board.
November 12, 1835. New York. Engineer B. H. Wright, of the Railroad company, hires Mr. William J. Pearce, owner and captain of the Brigantine Havre, to lead the workers on the list.
November 21, 1835. Receipts from the workers embarked on the brigantine Havre.
Henry Richard says that the 40 pesos that F. Houghton gave to Mr. Wright, he failed to pay to Mr. Richard. Mr. Wright's salary is to be deducted $40.
November 22, 1985. New York. Francisco Houghton reports that the engineer Wright presented a receipt signed by Henry Richard (employee to recruit workers). Richard, in the attached letter, states that Wright failed to pay him and asks for bail in the meantime. Being a needy man and working diligently, Houghton has paid him $40 to be deducted from Wright's salary. Houghton is of the opinion that Wright's lack of order and method in the performance of his duties has caused this nuisance and nuisance of accounts and has unnecessarily busy meeting time.

December 16, 1835. The commission of the Development Board, in charge of inspecting the Camino de Hierro. The Department of the Iron Road warns the Government of the Island of Cuba that a part of artisans from the US have neglected the obligations they contracted in their contracts before embarking.
February 16, 1836. Articles of the agreement celebrated in Havana, between the Commission of the Royal Board for the Iron Road from Havana to Rincón and Messrs. Carlos Francisco Randolph, Hugh McCafferty and Leicester Mason.
April 30, 1836. Havana. The Royal Board for the Promotion of Agriculture and Commerce of the Island of Cuba, and on its behalf the commission for the economic management and inspection of the Iron Road from Havana to Guiñes undertakes to pay Nicolás Domínguez Álvarez the amount of the ticket and costs of the boarding license to passport of all operators from the Canary Islands useful for the iron road.

16 de febrero de 1836. Artículos del convenio celebrado en La Habana, entre la Comisión de la Real Junta para el Camino de Hierro de la Habana al Rincón y los Sres. Carlos Francisco Randolph, HughMcCafferty y Leicester Mason.
30 de abril de 1836. Habana. La Real Junta de Fomento de Agricultura y Comercio de la Isla de Cuba, y a su nombre la comisión para la dirección económica e inspección del Camino de Hierro de la Habana a Guiñes se compromete a abonar a Nicolás Domínguez Álvarez el importe del pasaje y costos de la licencia de embarque a pasaporte de todos los operarios procedentes de islas Canarias útiles para el camino de hierro.
26 de Julio de 1836. La Habana, el Capitán Jacinto González Bermúdez por la Mendive y Compañía, la comisión de la Junta de Fomento, encargada del Camino de Hierro y Casimiro de Las Fuentes, contratista general de víveres para los trabajadores de la Obra han convenido aumentar a las raciones de Blancos y de Negros.
Acuerdo: En sesión de la Junta del 9 de diciembre, presidida por el Conde de Villanueva, se aprueba la contrata de raciones de dietas celebrada por el Consejo con Casimiro de las Fuentes. Wenceslao de Villa Urrútia

Lawrence provides water and fuel. He accompanies a note in English of the total amount that the Captain must receive in compliance with those articles and amounts to $ 1252.78 / 100

October 13, 1835. New York. Utensils shipped on the American Brig Roanoke, owned by Captain Andrew Hatch, on behalf of the Royal Board of Development.
October 13, 1835. New York. B.H. Wright hires laborers for the railroad, to board the Roanoke and his Captain Anselm Hatch.
Brig Roanoke. List of the names and surnames of the 104 passengers (96 men) with specification of the job, the number of the contract to which they belong and the cost of their ticket. The Blacksmith Michel Dematest appears between the cabin passengers and those in between decks.
November 14, 1835. New York. Francisco Houghton, Consul of Spain clarifies that the passenger list serves as the General Passport of the workers and artisans embarked on the Brigantine Collins hired by the Development Board.
November 12, 1835. New York. Engineer B. H. Wright, of the Railroad company, hires Mr. William J. Pearce, owner and captain of the Brigantine Havre, to lead the workers on the list.
November 21, 1835. Receipts from the workers embarked on the brigantine Havre.
Henry Richard says that the 40 pesos that F. Houghton gave to Mr. Wright, he failed to pay to Mr. Richard. Mr. Wright's salary is to be deducted $40.
November 22, 1985. New York. Francisco Houghton reports that the engineer Wright presented a receipt signed by Henry Richard (employee to recruit workers). Richard, in the attached letter, states that Wright failed to pay him and asks for bail in the meantime. Being a needy man and working diligently, Houghton has paid him $40 to be deducted from Wright's salary. Houghton is of the opinion that Wright's lack of order and method in the performance of his duties has caused this nuisance and nuisance of accounts and has unnecessarily busy meeting time.

October 21. New York. account no. 1. Amount of what the Mayor of Havana must pay to Edward Lawrence, captain of the Choctaw, in the port of Havana. For entredeck passengers and freight $1,050.
November 6, 1835. Havana. I received from Jorge Urtetegui for freight from the Choctaw brig and on behalf of the Development Board $1272.78 Account no.2. Disbursements from the Choctaw. October 23, 1835. Count of Villanueva and Francisco Houghton. You contract with crewmen from the Choctaw who understand the copies shipped on the Roanoke. The laborers at the Choctaw have signed contracts on the same terms and under the same conditions as at the Roanoke.
December 16, 1835. The commission of the Development Board, in charge of inspecting the Camino de Hierro. The Department of the Iron Road warns the Government of the Island of Cuba that a part of artisans from the US have neglected the obligations they contracted in their contracts before embarking.
February 16, 1836. Articles of the agreement celebrated in Havana, between the Commission of the Royal Board for the Iron Road from Havana to Rincón and Messrs. Carlos Francisco Randolph, Hugh McCafferty and Leicester Mason.
April 30, 1836. Havana. The Royal Board for the Promotion of Agriculture and Commerce of the Island of Cuba, and on its behalf the commission for the economic management and inspection of the Iron Road from Havana to Guiñes undertakes to pay Nicolás Domínguez Álvarez the amount of the ticket and costs of the boarding license to passport of all operators from the Canary Islands useful for the iron road.
July 26, 1836. Havana, Captain Jacinto González Bermúdez for the Mendive and Company, the commission of the Development Board, in charge of the Iron Road and Casimiro de Las Fuentes, general contractor of provisions for the workers of the Work have agreed to increase the rations of Whites and Blacks.
