She was Parliamentary Secretary at the Department of Industry, Commerce and Energy at the time and later Minister of Justice (Wikipedia, Geoghegan-Quinn, Aug. 2023), while Declan Larkin was Professor of Electron Physics in the Department of Experimental Physics.
