Included are descriptions of Fó Chait, Duirling an Chúir, the Shell Middens, and a Viking Age Farmstead and burials that overlook False Bay. Marky and Mary Riley of Mannin Beg, and Martin O'Malley of Roundstone remembering news that his father told him, are credited with providing some of the local information.
